How does it freeze?

Our Freezable Serums™ are a top secret formula and are specifically designed to be frozen.

First, you pour the serum into the applicator and then put it in your freezer. Then after 4-6 hours, it's ready to apply frozen directly onto your skin.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Ice Theory is designed for use across all skin types when used as directed.

For dry skin:
If you have dry skin, we recommend our Deep Hydration serum. It features hyaluronic acid (HA) which is highly effective for dry skin because it is a humectant that attracts up to 1,000 times its weight in water, plumping and hydrating the skin surface.

For oily skin:
If you have oily skin, we recommend our Summer Glow serum. It's powered by niacinamide which helps regulate sebum production, reducing the appearance of enlarged pores, and reducing inflammation from breakouts.

How long do I use Ice Theory?

Start with 30-60 seconds, focusing on keeping it moving. Try to avoid leaving it in one spot for too long.

Every Ice Theory serum is packed with active ingredients, so you only need to use it once or twice per day.

Always patch test before first use and stop immediately if you notice any irritation.

When is the best time to use it?

You can use Ice Theory as part of your daily skincare routine. Use it after cleansing your face.

You don't need to rinse off our serums after use. They're designed to stay on and keep you glowing all day. We recommend completing your routine with a sun-protective moisturiser.

How long does delivery take?
